Buru
** Cannot ping pong taunt due to Charge. **
Spells:
- Dismember (melee) - stacking bleed effect that can do 1200dmg every 2sec
- Sprint - Buru gets a movement boost for a few seconds after either an egg burst damages him or he's been kited for 60sec since the last sprint
- Thorns - 200dmg done per hit
- Taunt immunity (may not be the case right now in Dalaran)
- Creeping plague (??yd) - takes effect when his shell is removed and stay active until his death, a poison effect that starts doing 80dmg per tick and stacks every 2 ticks
Battle Strategies
Circling (minimum 0-1 tank, 1-2 healers, 4+DPS)
Phase 1 (>20%HP, kiting)
- Eggs can do up to 45k damage (depending on proximity of boss when egg bursts)
- Everyone who is not targeted by Buru should bring all eggs down to 5-10%HP WITHOUT the use of DoTs (want to burst on-demand and not pre-maturely)
- Assign a few members to kill adds when they spawn from eggs while rest keep bursting eggs on boss
- The person who is targeted by Buru must kite it towards an egg and tell the raid which to target
- Don't burst eggs sequentially too quickly so that the eggs' respawn rate catches up
- Burst eggs on boss within 55sec before he uses his sprint ability
- Never go into deep water or Buru will catch you
Phase 2 (<20%HP, DPS race)
- Everyone should burst their DPS on Buru at this point- creeping plague can wipe the raid within 30 seconds
- Focus heals on teammates with Buru's aggro (threat-dependent i.e. keep main DPS alive
